We want you to love your océane folk pieces, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📦 Return & Refund Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

You must email us at oceanefolk@gmail.com within the 7-day window with the subject line:
“RETURN: [Your Order ID]”
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to the bank account you provide. If the item is damaged, used, or the request is made after 7 days, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Stainless steel jewelry that develops rust (within 30 days of delivery)
⛔ This does not include the natural dulling of color or loss of shine from exposure to air, lotion, or other elements. Our jewelry is made with high-quality stainless steel and does not tarnish — but if it ever rusts, we’ll make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email oceanefolk@gmail.com to arrange an exchange for the same item.

We are not liable for any stone damage during setting or if you change your mind after a purchase — but we always handle your pieces with care and craftsmanship.
🚚 Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
